To Our Valued Patients,

The health of our patients and staff is our most priority during this time.

In accordance with the Centers for Disease Control’s guidance and the State of Florida governor’s executive order, we are temporarily closed until further notice. We will have phone and text messaging available at 407-350-4342. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow the recommendations of the CDC and other government agencies as to when it is safe to reopen.

If you have any questions or in need of a medical eye emergency, you can contact 407-350-4342 to speak to one of our on-call staff.

If you are in need of contact lenses before we can see you for your annual appointment, you can order your contacts online at www.mydrsam.com. Contacts will be direct shipped to your house.

If you have already ordered your glasses or contacts, we can mail them to you or arrange a day for you to pick them up. Please text or call to let us know.
